1. I'm experiencing problems with the software. What should I do?

There is an automated bug reporting facility built in to the metronome. You can access it using the 'Report a Bug...' menu option from the 'Help' menu. The metronome will send us an e-mail containing information which will help us to to resolve the issue as soon as we can.

2. Can I replace the default sounds with my own?

Yes. Simply place your waveform audio (WAV) files in the "C:\Program Files\Crystal Metronome\Sounds\" directory and they will appear in the Options dialog box. They can be any sample rate and resolution you like.

3. I've lost my license key. Can you send me another copy?

Yes - please use our license key request form.
