1. I'm experiencing problems with the software. What should I do?

There is an automated bug reporting facility built in to the tuner. You can access it using the 'Report a Bug...' menu option from the 'Help' menu. The metronome will send us an e-mail containing information which will help us to to resolve the issue as soon as we can.
